loved the clean, modern house with no personal belongings. Appreciated the welcome basket and spacious kitchen. Will definitely return to explore more attractions with the kids.
gate placement made for unsafe access.

Lovely welcome basket, warm and homely atmosphere, spacious kitchen for events, beautiful mixture of modern and old, spotlessly clean, well-equipped with gluten-free options.
Nothing to dislike.

We had a wonderful stay at Ketty's Cottage in Rosslea. the cottage is beautiful, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and rustic charm. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. the welcome basket was a lovely touch and made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the spacious kitchen, which was perfect for hosting a birthday party. Catherine and her family were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even sourcing gluten-free restaurants for us. the welcome pack provided more than enough supplies, and Catherine went above and beyond by including gluten-free buns and tray bakes. We can't recommend this property highly enough.

Loved the modern bathroom and spacious kitchen with a garden view. Great for cycling nearby. Dungannon was only 38 km away, a quick drive! Humorous touch: Wish I could have joined in the joy riding and left some tire marks too.

The room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect for us, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding attractions with our children. The staff, especially Catherine, were welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, even sourcing gluten-free options for us. The welcome basket and the extra touch of gluten-free treats were a lovely surprise.
Just one small suggestion for the breakfast option, it would be even better if there were more variety in the selection.

We stayed for two nights during our holiday in Northern Ireland and it was perfect. The cottage was beautiful, with a blend of modern and old decor, and it was spotlessly clean. Catherine and her family were amazing hosts, always available and helpful. They even went out of their way to find gluten-free restaurants for us and provided a welcome pack with plenty of food. The cottage had everything we needed and more, including a big kitchen and a lovely welcome basket. We can't recommend this place highly enough.

The welcome basket was a nice touch, providing a warm and homely feel to the place. The house was clean and had a modern bathroom, which was a plus. I appreciated that the cottage had all the basics and empty cupboards, making it feel like a true holiday home. It was great not to be surrounded by someone else's personal belongings.
The location of the gate was inconvenient as it should have been moved to provide safe access from the house to the backyard. the road was dangerous for kids and pets, which posed a safety concern.

The cottage was well-equipped with a tumble dryer and washing machine, and the quantity of refreshments provided was really surprising. The mixture of modern and old in the beautiful cottage was jaw-dropping, and Catherine and her family were extremely helpful. The welcome pack covered us for a few days and even included gluten-free options. We couldn't recommend this property highly enough.
